The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Direct Marketing to… Database Management Coordinate all data feeds to service bureau. Perform quality control checks on database and resolve any data integrity issues with sources. Assist in management of current and evolving database enhancements, including integration of data into other internal systems. Maintain update schedule and communicate throughout organization. Customer Segmentation & Database Analysis Prepare and analyze database trends and update reports to track growth of customer file and various buyer segments after monthly database update. Partner with multiple business units on development of ad hoc customer analyses, including but not limited to: retail cross-shopping reports, retail market potential, cannibalization studies, and customer product affinity.The accomplished individual will possess… High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. High proficiency in MS Access or other relational database systems. Creative thinking abilities with strong analytical, writing and presentation skills. Efficient, well organized and detail oriented.An outstanding professional will have… Minimum 3 years professional experience, including some hands-on Direct Marketing experience.
