Administrative Coordinator, Store Operations

The ideal candidate for our Administrative Coordinator, Store Operations Department  position is highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and wants to play an important role in new store openings, supporting our existing stores, being a problem solver in a busy environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys having a variety of responsibilities, can prioritize and is flexible to a changing environment.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting the Store Operations team in supporting New Store OpeningsCreates Store Binders and packs for shippingPlans all corporate travelActs a Receptionist for all visitors to the Corporate OfficeCompletes all store Receiving paperwork and transfer paperworkAssists with consolidating and processing store Supply OrdersSpecial projects as designated by the Manager, Store Operations

Requirements:Strong retail background and knowledge of retail operationsAttention to detail, thrives under pressure and works with a sense of urgencyExcellent skills in MS OfficeMust be able to multi task and meet deadlinesProfessional demeanor, natural problem solver and a  positive spiritCollege degree preferred…But would consider a true “GO-Getterâ€�
