Purpose & Scope: Assist the VP, Corporate Compensation and Int'l Total Rewards, VP, Benefits & HR Administration and VP, Corporate Compensation with all administrative functions and special projects.Responsibilities: Manage general administrative duties including phones, calendars and mail. Develop Power Point presentations when necessary Proofread and edit reports as required Manage all appointments, meetings and conference calls Coordinate all travel arrangements i.e. flight, hotel, ground transportation, etc. Track and complete cash and Amex expense reports Manage all vacation, personal and sick time for department Handle ad-hoc special projects Maintain confidential information Job requirements: 2-3 years administrative or project coordination experience College degree preferred Demonstrated ability in dealing with confidential information and sensitive materials Strong written and verbal communication skills Organization and editing skills Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and specifically PowerPoint Polo Ralph Lauren is an equal opportunity employer.
