That's the energy and excitement behind Amazon. Administrative Assistant - Goodyear The Administrative Assistant will support the General Manager and senior management. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing work loads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously. Other responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to senior leadership Will organize and coordinate projects for the General Manager Responsible for analyzing data and creating presentations and reports with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word Monthly update of organizational chart Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, handle travel arrangements, plan events, and coordinate meetings for the General Manager and Operations team Creative problem solver Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects Excellent written and communication skills Some travel may be required on a limited basis Assist local facility with coordination of employee events and activitiesAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required Strong analytical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to create graphs in Microsoft Office Products At least 5 years administrative experience at an Executive LevelAbility to support multiple client groupsMust be able to work a flexible Schedule (Monday-Friday) and overtime as neededABachelor’s Degree or higher is strongly preferred
