About the Opportunity
CHICAGO SIGNATURE SERVICES is seeking an experienced AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED

ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER to assist in the overall operation, supervision, administration, merchandising, and sales building for 3 separate retail outlets on Navy Pier, including the premier NAVY PIER STORE.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
-Training, development, and supervision of all retail employees for all 3 retail outlets
-Preparation of weekly schedules and payroll
-General accounting, A/P, A/R, inventory, and cash handling duties
-Generation of reports and other administrative duties
-Store merchandising; product selection; sales building
-FOCUS ON EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Skills and Experience Required:
-Accounting and cash handling experience
-Retail experience in high volume sales outlet
-Computer proficiency
-Customer Focused - friendly and outgoing

Work Schedule
-40 to 50 hours weekly
-Management coverage is daily Monday through Sunday
-Hours vary from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily
