We are currently seeking an experienced ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER for our Tysons Corner Center location in McLean, Virginia!!!

POSITION/JOB FUNCTIONS:
~ Sales management
~ Personnel management
~ Visual management
~ Product management


Requirements
~ A commitment to superior customer service
~ At least 2+ year's experience in retail management in fashion apparel
~ Highly motivated and sales driven
~ Proven track record in sales achievement
~ Time management expertise
~ Demonstrated people management and teambuilding skills
~ Strong decision-making and communications skills
~ The ability to effect change in a new way
~ The ability to maintain open communication with team and colleagues
~ Achieve visual and operational standards
~ Ability to innovate, problem solve and deliver measurable results
~ Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends
