AE managers hire, develop and motivate a high performance team that provide superior customer service and drive sales to exceed planned store goals. AE managers set the standard that others aspire to through their effective communication, training and follow-up skills. AE managers are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and controlling expenses within assigned budget.
