JOB DESCRIPTION: General Duties Provide top-notch customer service to each and every customer that walks through our doors Work closely with store manager, district manager and other associates to drive sales and meet goals Assist in the smooth efficient flow of merchandise throughout the store from the time freight arrives until items are sold and go out the door in the hands of the customer Ensure strong product presentations by supporting product plan-o-grams Maintain store appearance by completing recovery process Operate ware-handling equipment such as hand truck, pallet jack, hydraulic lifts and hand trucks


JOB REQUIREMENTS: Retail experience a plus Must possess superior customer service skills Ability to work flexible schedule as needed to possibly include days, nights, weekends and holidays Energetic personality which inspires co-workers to reach personal, store wide and company wide goals Self starter with good organizational and communication skills Professional attitude and demeanor Ability to work as part of a team
