We are developing truly authentic New York City restaurants by partnering with New York’s greatest chefs to bring an authentic, superior dining experience to the Airport. The foundation of our creations will be fresh, quality ingredients and offerings, including green market produce, local wines and poultry and beef.
We currently seek experienced WAITSTAFF & BARTENDERS to join our OTG Management Team.

OTG Management is taking the airport dining experience to new heights. We are creating an unprecedented dining experience for JetBlue’s new Terminal 5 (T5) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) that will establish a new, elevated standard for airport cuisine. OTG’s T5 experience at JFK is inspired by and epitomizes New York City’s unique culinary fabric, with nontraditional offerings and exclusive restaurants developed in partnership with a select group of New York’s most renowned chefs. OTG’s T-5 experience will include: nine full-serve restaurants, bars and cafes; a gourmet food hall featuring eight quick-serve eateries; gourmet markets/grab-and-go; three coffee bars; six bar/lounges.
5ive Steak-an American Steakhouse
AeroNuova- Mark Ladner of Del Posto will be responsible for AeroNuova, a rustic Italian trattoria.
Deep Blue – Michael Schulson, who left Buddakan for Izakaya in Atlantic City, is in charge of the menu for Deep Blue, a sushi and Asian restaurant.
La Vie – Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson, the longtime executive chefs for Balthazar and Pastis, are responsible for a brasserie called La Vie.
Piquillo – Alexandra Raij, who was at Tia Pol until May, is creating a tapas menu for Piquillo.
Revolución – And Roberto Santibañez, formerly of Rosa Mexicano restaurants, will oversee the food for Revolución.
Horizon Bakery Café – French inspired bakery
Loft Kitchen & Bar – American style food, open kitchen restaurant and bar,
New York Sports Bar – Sports bar and grill that offers 48 beers on tap with delicious pub inspired meals.
