Temporary Regional Human Resources/Accounting Administrative Assistant (BWI Airport)

Position Summary:

To provide administrative support to the Regional Controller & HR Director. 

 

Location:

The region consists of 5 major Northeast airports (Newark Liberty International Airport, JFK International Airport, BWI Airport, Boston Logan Airport, Toronto Lester B. Pearson Airport).

 

Ideally, the candidate will be based at the Corporate Office located in Lansdowne, VA or BWI Airport in Baltimore, MD,

 

Accounting:Assist Regional Controller with preparing reports, budgets, forecasts, and any other information. Assist in invoice processing. Assist in Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable by ensuring that these are managed in an efficient and timely manner. Assists in data collection provided to the Regional VP of Operations & Corporate Office. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Regional Controller. Provide other administrative support as needed.

 

Human Resources:Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, scheduling meetings Prepare employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data. Coordinate travel arrangements for the HR Director Assists in gathering and providing unemployment claim documentation for review with the location General Manager and HR Director. Drafts HR documents, forms, memos, etc. Provide other administrative support as needed.

 

Required Skills:

Strong computer skills

Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
