TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary of FunctionsAs part of the Systems Implementation and Learning Group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions to IT, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Human Resource personnel.Assist employees to achieve specific learning objectives in both classroom and electronic environments by means of Webinars, user-guides, ILT, recorded demonstrations, and WBT.  Major Duties and Responsibilities· Work with SMEs, Developers and Project Leads to identify training needs and propose effective solutions via the charter process.· Analyze, develop and design content, create demonstrations, storyboard and program WBT courses, develop various types of learning and performance support (WBT, ILT, classroom, Webinars, user-guides, job aids, standalone demonstrations).· Lead Webinars for internal application introduction and training.· Maintain Training Development Standards for online training development and technical guides.  Job Requirements· Accurately estimate task duration and meet schedules. Ability to prioritize several projects at one time.· Work with technical resources (software specifications, vendor software documentation, and test systems) to obtain content and to organize content for usability.· Implement and adhere to style guidelines to ensure consistency of format.· Expert knowledge in Microsoft Desktop applications, Captivate, RoboHelp, Lectora (or other WBT authoring tool) and Webinar applications.   Â· Experience with Camtasia, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services.  LMS administration experience preferred. Â· Excellent communication skills; written, interpersonal & verbal.
