Full time commitment to operate a Grocery Outlet store and support the Grocery Outlet brand Passion to grow sales and control costs Deliver exceptional customer service Ability to identify, hire, and train talent Be an integral part of the local community Provide financing for working capital, specific assets, and a security deposit Adherence to terms and conditions of our Operator Agreement

Requirements
5 yrs or More of Retail Store Management Experience-Grocery Preferred Some College Education Desired Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills Proven Experience in Selling and Merchandising Proven Computer & Basic Financial/Accounting Skills Willing to Relocate Success Driven with a Desire to Win Desired Traits: Strong belief in people, committed passion for the business, sense of humor, hard worker with integrity, quantitative aptitude, creative thinker, enthusiastic, competitive, organized and systematic, common sense and assertive, good listener, speaks clearly, loves her/his work and has fun.
