Staff Accountant with Fixed Asset Experience up to 60k!

Position Title:Staff Accountant with a lot of fixed assets exposure Environment: Business casual Size of Group: 5 in accounting  Hours:8:30-5:30  Software Requirements:AS400- MS Excel (Knowledge a plus) Great Benefits Responsibilities include but not limited to: Fixed asset additions, and disposals Month end depreciation Maintaining Fixed Asset general ledger subledger and tax books Month end journal entries including accruals and A/P search for unrecorded liabilities Account analyses Assisting stores with credit card disputes Researching and responding to store inquiries on fixed assets and expenses Job Requirements  A four year college degree majoring in accounting is a must 3-5 years experience in a dynamic corporate environment Proficient use of MS Word and Excel. AS400 Experience a plus.  Personal Requirements  The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently on assignments including special projects. Able to build effective relationships with business units and interact with people on all levels.
