Shift Supervisor, Natural/Organic Restaurant

The nation's premier all natural and organic quick service restaurant, O'Naturals, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill open Shift Supervisor positions at our Old Port location. 

 

Qualified candidates will: have a passion for customer service, coaching and communication have the ability to learn about hiring, training and retaining employees be flexibible to excel in a team oriented work environment (where titles do not get in the way!) enjoy a fast paced restaurant setting and will display a sense of urgency, when appropriate have an understanding of O'Naturals' mission and a desire to make improvements have a full availability WILL INCLUDE nights, weekends and some overtime will have email and basic computer skills will most importantly have an open mind and a desire to learn new ways of doing things
