Working with fellow employees, peers and management staff to continually improve, communicate and execute shift objectives are key components to a Shift Leader position. Additional responsibilities include assisting the management team in maximizing the financial success of the restaurant through ensuring productive shifts. Leading by example, motivating the crew, taking initiative and delivering outstanding customer service are a must for this position. Ability to read, count, write and speak coherently in English in order to effectively communicate is necessary Additional requirements include having one year of experience in a restaurant, as well as a minimum of 6 months supervisory experience. Shift Leaders must be at least 18.
