As a Retail Foodservice Manager, you will plan, direct and coordinate retail activities in order to deliver a finished product to customers within a service area(s). Responsible for running the cafeteria retail operations, catering event management, cash control, personnel management, customer service, and marketing plan implementation at a large hospital. You will directly supervise several employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. Performs manual labor no more than 20% of the time.Requirements include:a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry&management experience) and 2+ years of foodservice or supervisory experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
