Retail;Restaurant/Food Services Job Description  Potbelly Sandwich Works is now hiring fun, energetic, and experienced Managers who have an intense work ethic and genuine passion for great food and great service. Our managers work between 50-55 hours per week and we offer a competitive salary (Full Service Pay without the Full Service Hours) along with a GREAT benefits package. Restaurant management experience is a plus but absolutely not necessary to be successful at Potbelly!
