Restaurant Manager - Restaurant Manager - Hinton, OK - $35K-$45K Compensation PackageUnder the guidance of the General Manager the qualified candidate will have the responsibility for aggressively driving store sales growth and profits through a thoroughly trained customer focused workforce; and ensure timely execution of company merchandising and operational programs. The trainee will set the pace by demonstrating a high sense of urgency, high energy level, attention to detail and hands-on management. The qualified trainee will exhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees".Total Compensation Packages up to:Restaurant General Managers - $45,000 Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated success supervising and training 30 or more employees. * Proven skills in analyzing P&L information and taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations * Proficiency in Web based a computer applications, MS Outlook and Excel and overall computer skills. Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation* Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends and a minimum of 50 hours per week* Relocation is required for most Travel Stop positions - ability to relocate in a multiple state region will accelerate promotion options. Successful applicants will be required to complete Love's Manager Trainee Program and achieve acceptable results in order to qualify for a Store Manager assignment. Relocation is required for most General Manager opportunities. *1 to 2 years Salaried Management in a Fast Food/Quick Service concept. * Experience managing a sales volume similar to the average annual volume of a Love's Travel Stop (usually $30K weekly) To apply for this position, click the Apply Now button and enter job req # 25004.
