Currently we need talented, experienced individuals to fill the role of Restaurant Manager for Dunkin' Donuts in Palm Beach County. In this position, you will deliver revenues and profits, meet restaurant financial objectives, attract patrons, control purchases and inventory, maintain operations, maintain guest satisfaction, accomplish restaurant human resource objectives, and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for your crew members.  

Qualifications

· Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service to our guests.

· Is highly motivated, passionate and results driven.

· Provides leadership and direction. Leads by example.

· Strong communication, organizational and writing skills.

· P&L and financial knowledge required.

· Basic computer skills.

· Able to make effective and appropriate decisions. 

· Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

· Has experience in restaurant management.
