Our QualificationsA minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory and/or management experience in a fast food or fast casual environment preferred. An Associates Degree in business, restaurant/hotel management, or related field preferred. Accounting, fiscal, and computer proficiency, including Profit & Loss exposure and/or responsibility Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities a plus Growth-driven & career-oriented outlook Hands-on management style Positive personality (do you love the restaurant business?) Proven job longevity You must be able to pronounce our name, Qdoba, correctly! (Here’s a hint…Cue-Doe-Ba)
