We are currently seeking a Remodel Specialist to join the Dunkin' Donuts Construction Services team!  The primary purpose of this position is to support the Manager of Development Services team in managing progress against key objectives pertaining to Remodels.  Manage the tracking of results, identify gaps in projected performance, and communicate business progress to the Manager and Director of Development Services.  This is accomplished through data & system analysis and communication with Development & Operations field teams.

The primary accountabilities for this position include:

· Reporting

§ Provide Remodel data to other disciplines such as Finance or Contracts.

§ Provide status updates on remodels utilizing existing enterprise systems (GDT, Oracle).

§ Provide system (GDT, Oracle) database support.

§ Provide daily support for end-users.

§ Work with both the business unit and IT to provide key system enhancements.  Provide link with field business case and IT scoping of projects.

· Scorecard Maintenance

§ Ongoing documentation for each of the key Remodel metrics (Costs, Sales, Compliance).

§ Coordination of process, inputs, and final product creation.

· Communication

§ Tracking, reporting & celebrating each win

§ Team communication

§ Presentation Development

· Remodel Compliance

§ Coordinate data management associated with Remodel Compliance.

§ Work with Enterprise Support Services and Legal to determine and communicate next steps regarding remodel non-compliance.

 

 



The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

 

· Four-year college degree, preferably in Business

· Strong MS Office skills

· Database system knowledge

 



This position is based at our Canton offices and is 100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions, including sitting for extended periods of time (6-8 hours per day) and working on a computer for 85% of the time. Approximately 0-20% overnight travel will be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
