Regional Training Manager - restaurant chain

High profile restaurant concept seeks a professional and experienced regional training manager to oversee staff training and development.  The qualified candidate should possess 10+ years of hospitality experience, including 4+ years of regional management and training experience in a high-volume ($5M+ p/unit) chain restaurant environment.  The prospective candidate should have a comprehensive financial understanding of restaurants as well as detailed knowledge of administrative and front of house training processes, procedures, and systems.  The prospective candidate must be able to successfully manage and oversee staff training in a multi-unit chain environment.  A competitive compensation package with benefits is available.  Applicants should provide a resume and cover letter for consideration.
