We are currently looking for a Recruiter to help us find only the best talent to join our organization. This Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting for Restaurant Managers for the brand and working closely with our Regional Human Resources Manager and Area Managers. The primary job responsibilities will be ensuring staffing levels are maintained for the restaurants throughout the organization. Qualified candidates will have a college degree and a minimum of two (2) years experience in the restaurant industry recruiting for management level candidates. This individual should have a good understanding of applicant tracking systems, succession planning, college recruiting and internet job boards.
