Fatburger (Quick Service Restaurant Chain) established in 1952 with over 100 locations across the US and Canada is looking for qualified Restaurant Shift Leaders/Shift Supervisors for its new  restaurant in Oakley, OH (Cincinnati).

 

The primary role if a shift leader includes supervising team member staff during shift, coordinate vendor deliveries, and successfully supervise basic functions of restaurant operations.  Maintain exceptional customer service with clients, customers, and employees, assist in the preparing of basic daily reports.


Requirements:

 - 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred

 - Strong customer service skills
 - Strong organizational skills
 - Good verbal communication skills 

 - Must have a great attitude!
 - Must have the ability to have Fun!
