Job Type:World Resource CenterDepartment:ISLocation:Ann Arbor, MI Domino's currently has an exciting career opportunity for a PeopleSoft HCM Systems Programmer in our World Resource Center located in Ann Arbor, MI. Responsibilities include: Executes all phases of systems life cycle including, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation to support our PeopleSoft 8.9 HR environment. Coding of new modules, interfaces, enhancements and break/fix changes will be a primary responsibility. Meeting with HRIS team to interpret design documents and producing scripts, programs, PeopleSoft Pages and PeopleCode as deliverables to satisfy end user requirements. Helps to identify and implement changes either to PeopleSoft or to Domino’s business processes to improve functionality, performance, integration or efficiency. Database Management and System Concept/Design. Troubleshooting and Support of HRMS & PeopleSoft Application. Accurately explain, orally and written, use of applications to functional users. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering. 4 years minimum technical experience in Benefits, Payroll and HR Application Systems. Relational database experience required (DB2 preferred). UNIX experience a plus. PeopleSoft development utilizing Application Designer, Peoplecode, App Engine and SQR required.
