Outside Sales Associate
Do you have a proven track record of success in food service and/or outside sales? SYSCO-Chicago, the nation's leading marketer and distributor of food service products to restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, caterers and more, has several opportunities in Chicagoland for experienced, motivated professionals to join our outside sales force.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your consultative sales abilities by prospecting and developing new business, expanding and increasing existing business and assisting customers in becoming more profitable. This position also involves processing customer orders via laptop computer, demonstrating new products, providing customer assistance, credit management and more.
Candidate Qualifications: Food service management experience (3+ years), and/or OUTSIDE sales experience in a highly competitive and fast-paced industry such as ours. Tenacity and strong relationship building abilities are essential. We offer extensive training, a competitive commission program, superb promotional incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
No relocation offered.
