Operations Excellence Specialist
The Operations Excellence Specialist is assigned to provide support to designated Quizno’s Direct Developed Corporate Markets. The OES will provide support while physically on site or via phone. Responsibilities will include executing operational procedures and/or systems to ensure each Franchise Owner accomplishes a high sales level and that the Franchise Owner is equipped with the tools, procedures and knowledge to control food & paper cost, labor cost, discounts & other controllable variables in order to run a profitable Quizno’s restaurant.
