SUMMARY:  Clerical support for the Transportation and Fleet Maintenance DepartmentsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Answer Driver's questions concerning routing and transportation *Review Xata information (on board computer) *Key routing maintenance into CRT and Xata *Maintain DOT, payroll and personnel files on all drivers *Compile all records for fuel tax reporting for all states *Compile records on shorts, damage and returns on drivers *Transfer figures from shop to monthly vehicle reportQUALIFICATIONS: *Excellent computer skills and ability to work with the CRT terminals *Dependable, Organized, Follow Direction, and Flexible with delays *High School diploma or GED *Delivery or Trucking industry experience preferred Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
