Technical Stuff:

Our ideal candidate will have some experience as a General Manager along with a full comprehension of budgeting, cost controls, P/L, payroll, A/P, inventory, ordering and funds allocation.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access), babysitting skills, and motivational development are big pluses as well…
