Marketing Manager - Restaurant Chain

Galardi Group, franchisor of the Wienerschnitzel, Hamburger Stand and Tastee Freez restaurant concepts, is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills to join our corporate office team in Irvine, California.

Our Marketing Manager is responsible for:

- Coordinating the production and distribution of Point of Sale materials

- Managing menu board layouts and production of printed menu board materials

- Coordinating all coupon drops

- Coordinating price surveys

- Implementing our National Marketing plan

- Coordinating marketing mailings to restaurants

- Participating in marketing meetings in selected markets

- Assisting with staging Wiener National Races

Requirements:

- Minimum of one to two years marketing experience in the Restaurant industry

- Account Executive experience a plus

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to travel at least 7 days per month

- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects successfully
