Marketing & Customer Coordinator
Dot-It Labels is a restaurant fulfillment distributor located in Arlington, Texas, right next to the Ballpark in Arlington and the new Cowboys stadium. We are experiencing phenomenal growth and are looking for the right person to be our GO-TO person. If you have printing and/or restaurant industry experience…even better!
We are seeking a self-starter who takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, and loves to solve problems. This candidate will be polite and friendly over the phone with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, be able to efficiently juggle multiple phone lines and deadlines, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities / Requirements: Â Monday thru Friday:Â 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Processing orders via phone, fax & internet Answering product, pricing and availability questions Being our product expert Entering quotes on quantity/custom items & research orders Professional and energetic phone manner Solve customer problems and collect accounts receivable. Account management / customer correspondence / customer follow-up Marketing projects
