zpizza is a rapidly expanding fast-casual, health-oriented pizza restaurant from Laguna Beach, California.  Now 60+ units strong across the U.S., zpizza is quickly becoming one of the hottest pizza concepts in the nation.  Two year winner of the New Times Best of Phoenix award for Best Pizza, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help operate and grow our three strong units.  

 

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in a fast casual restaurant and the desire to be actively involved and make a difference in the development of a young and growing restaurant company.  A zpizza manager is responsible for working with staff members to exceed customer expectations, foster a spirit of teamwork, develop staff member abilities and competencies, and achieve established financial objectives.  Prior general manager experience is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage up to 20 employees and an ability to monitor customer service, unit cleanliness, food preparation, and adherence to health department guidelines.  In addition, a zpizza manager must exercise good cash management and accounting skills in a busy, exciting environment.    

 

A zpizza manager works approximately 45-55 hours a week and has open availability.  Position is salaried, with paid vacation, and incentive/performance-based bonuses.  Individual health insurance coverage also provided.  Serious promotional opportunities available as number of units increases.
