Local Store Marketer

As a Local Store Marketer, you will engage with the field operations team to maximize opportunities for co-promotion and local marketing within 3-5 miles of our store locations.  There will also be a strategic role in identifying affiliate relationships for the company.  Ultimately this role is responsible for delivering store-level programs that drive same-store sales across the corporate-owned stores with transferable results to our franchise community.  This position will require approximately 80% travel within the Houston market.  This position will be based at our Houston, Texas office and will be responsible for our 18 Houston area corporate stores.2-4 years experience in strategic marketing, consumer marketing, general understanding or experience with field operations teams and/or franchise systems To be successful in this role, a candidate should demonstrate project management skills, negotiation skills and an ability to work independently Ability to work with and motivate others. Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Demonstrated use of analytical and strategic thinking to drive business results.
