Restaurant Managers

 

 

 

Job Purpose:

To direct, promote, and coordinate the restaurant in a manner that will optimize, improve, and help the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.

Duties:

Ø  Supervision; establishing and communicating restaurant goals and results to employees, staffing the location and delegating the workload, actively supporting employee growth, and upholding cooperative policies.

Ø  Profitability and Sales; establishing and achieving store profitability and sales goals, and increasing the restaurants market through regular sales efforts

Ø  Reporting; submitting all required operational reports to management in a timely manner

Ø  Purchasing; purchasing products for sale and managing inventory

Ø  Service and Maintenance; providing and promoting the service necessary to meet the restaurant’s goals while maintaining the property, location, and equipment in good repair and appearance.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Ø  2+ years of experience in full service management, restaurant establishment preferred

Ø  Knowledge of P&L reporting

Ø  Understanding of the organic food concept

Ø  Exceptional customer service

Ø  Management and performance; delegating, motivating, training and assessment

Ø  Good interpersonal and communicational skills; Microsoft Office Proficient, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Coordination, Thoroughness, Quality Focus, Objectivity
