Kitchen Manager & FOH Manager
Opportunity isn’t knocking. It’s banging on the door. Friday’s® style!
We’re busting at the seams and building new restaurants.
That means we need you!
Got the spark? The smile? Come on in.
It’s more than a favorite day of the week. More than a place to eat and meet. It’s a state of mind. Fun, excitement and great times! They can all be yours here every day, including Friday.
...Managers tend to burst into our family. You are both loose and in control. Can hangout with the team, but you get down to business when business calls. You lead. You set an example. There is always a place for fun here. You manage it.
So what's the process?
Well, you start in training. You train for 8 weeks. That's the 48 fastest days you'll ever experience. Time flies when it's fun. And bam! You're a Restaurant Manager!
We look for Managers, Kitchen Managers and General Managers who can measure up to our strict qualifications of being a good person who's a blast to be around.
Diversity
If everyone told the same joke it would be a snore. There'd be no variety. That's so bland.
Think of Friday's® as a giant blender (not a stretch when you consider each one has a bar). When we open the restaurant, the blender switches on. All day team members mix together. Backgrounds, ages, experiences, and perspectives create an amazing concoction. You can be sure that anything can and will happen. More people, more personality.
Benefits
As part of our total compensation, we provide a great benefits package. It's complete. It's the real deal. And it includes
• Great healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
• Life insurance
• 401(k)
• Short-term and long-term disability
• Flexible spending accounts
• Educational assistance
• Dining discounts
• Direct deposit
• Paid Vacation
• Work-life balance
Training
Self-starter? Good. Can get the job done? Excellent. High energy can-do attitude? Even better. Bring all you've got. Soon you'll be brought up to speed and equipped with everything from tools to secrets to the very teachings of our own style of service.
Welcome to training the “Friday's® way.” Make it or break it time? Not hardly. At Friday's® you’ll be given the confidence and direction you need to excel.
You can look forward to:
• Finding out what you know and how much you can do
• Training in what you cannot do
• Getting tested
• Mastering your performance
Our great training includes:
Friday's® management training program provides the foundation skills and knowledge to effectively manage the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. This program takes place in a Center of Excellence (COE), led by highly qualified Management and Employee Coaches. The 8-week program is supplemented with a three-day workshop (Leadership that Rocks) that focuses on the essence of management.
