Kitchen Designer/Drafter - Pappas Restaurants
This position involves designing and laying out kitchen equipment for existing restaurants and new restaurants. It also includes stainless steel drawings for an in-house metal shop, supervising our equipment expeditor on projects and facilitation of work, and AutoCAD drafting of kitchen layouts, elevations and construction drawings for kitchen packages.
Qualifications include proficiency in AutoCAD, 10+ years experience in kitchen design and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
Pay commensurate with experience. Travel is involved.
