Carrols LLC is the largest Burger King Franchise.  We own and operate over 320 Burger King Restaurants in 12 states.  We’ve been in the burger business for over 45 years so we know a little bit about success.  We’re all about finding talented folks and giving them the tools and the knowledge to make it to the top.

Tools for Success

We have an outstanding management training program that will give you a solid foundation upon which to begin your career.  This program is progressive and diverse and requires your input and involvement on a daily basis. While you are in control of the pace of your development, you will receive direction and feedback on a regular basis from the Training Manager, Restaurant Manager and District Supervisor.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year experience in a leadership role or supervisory position.
