Responsible for parts physical inventory to include ordering, monitoring, tracking, update inventory levels and pricing.  Work with existing IT and management personnel, be a leading change-agent in the implementation of parts warehouse/inventory management software.  Ensure and inspect parts being checked out and or logged in through an in house operating system. Mark items with identifying inventory control codes, so that inventories can be located quickly and easily.   Work with preferred vendors to obtain best financial return for company through availability, quality, warranty, price, return policies, and rebates.  Set-up, co-ordinate, and administrate parts warehouses changes in the system.  Write and update the company parts policies and procedures and the database parts manual. Create various reports.



Requirements:

 

Proficient Word and Excel Experience in inventory and parts warehouse Excellent negotiation skills

 

Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to lift cartons of various sizes, and stand for long periods of time



Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
