Human Resource/Relationship Coordinator

The Apple Gold Group, one of the largest Applebee’s franchisees, is seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our HR team. The primary responsibilities for the HR/Relationship Coordinator position include but are not limited to: -Responding to all guest and employee feedback via phone calls and email -Distributing feedback in a timely manner to the appropriate Operations and HR personnel -Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that are timely, neat and accurate -Maintaining accurate records of all feedback in the company database -Other administrative duties as assigned Education and Work Experience: • College degree strongly preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong sense of urgency in handling sensitive issues. • Passion for great service. • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Access, Excel, Outlook and Word) • Must be self-motivated.
