Host/Hostess - Fine Dining

Position Description: The Host/Hostess is responsible for answering phone lines, assisting guests with reservations, seating guests, helping managers with table management to maximize seating, and assisting guests with special requests, all while maintaining The Resort at Pelican Hill Service Standards.Qualifications: Candidates must have strong organizational skills and the ability to remember details and do simple arithmetic. A minimum of 1 -3 years experience in food and beverage. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
