Grocery Store Manager Training Program

Your Responsibilities:
· Employee development
· Budgeting
· Scheduling
· Customer service
· Inventory control
· Product management
· Cashiering, merchandising
· Maintaining the standards of a premier grocery store
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, preferably in retail.
· Demonstrated leadership characteristics, including aptitude to lead a sales team, multi-tasking, and the ability to manage sales growth.
· Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
· Must be reliable and have a high level of personal integrity.
· Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, which includes evenings and weekends.
· Must possess a strong sense of urgency and a drive for results.
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills.
· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 18 years of age

Compensation:
· Training wage of $52,000/yr
· Promotion Bonus
· Store Manager’s salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000/ year
