We are currently hiring GENERAL MANAGERS and seeking experienced leaders, preferably with a successful restaurant background, who can grow with us. General Managers will lead the team managing the operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. They will participate in the achievement of store objectives and ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
We are committed to the professional training and development of our managers. Our 8-week training program will fully prepare you to lead the operations of a Wendy's restaurant.Â
