Ÿ Ability to influence the actions and opinions of staff in a desired direction

 

RESPONSIBILITIES may include:

Ÿ Most importantly: TAKING CARE OF OUR GUESTS

Ÿ Handling all operations of the corporate restaurant

Ÿ Marketing and sales building

Ÿ Control of Food and Labor costs

Ÿ Payroll

Ÿ MS office and POS systems

Ÿ Creating, implementing and executing long-term and short-term objectives and action plans for sales, profits and staff development
