Qualified candidates must posses:

  2+ years of direct management in a retail, restaurant or hospitality environment. Ability to ensure store profitability through management of the P&L. Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in building relationships with internal and external customers and an ability to motivate a team to a common set of goals. Demonstrate ability to recruit, hire, coach and develop excellent team members·   Computer skills:  Windows, DOS, Excel, Word Processing
