American is seeking candidates for the position of General Manager for a premiere corporate dining account in
Kansas City, MO.
Â
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in management, and a culinary degree from an acredited culinary school.  Previous position as EXECUTIVE CHEF is desirable.
Â
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, menu development, execution of high profile catered events, staff development, full P & L responsibilities, etc. The General Manager will lead the staff  daily to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our client and the client’s employees.Â
