Franchise Field Marketing Representative

Home-Grown Industries of GA, Inc., the franchisor of Mellow Mushroom, has approximately 85 unique pizza restaurants in 12 states, located primarily in the southeast.  Due to our rapid expansion, our marketing team is looking for energetic field marketing representatives.

 

This position was created to assist new franchisees with their store openings.  In this position, you will be a part of our team that works side by side with the franchisee’s new employees in the FOH and BOH, teaching, training and making sure every aspect of the restaurant is running smoothly.  The length of training at a new store is approximately 1-1/2 to 3 weeks.  This is the length of time you and other team members could be out of town for an opening training period.

 

When not opening a new store, you will be performing in-store evaluations for existing franchisees, facilitating on-going training and implementing marketing programs.  These can take place around the Atlanta area, or take you out of town Monday thru Friday.  Regular meetings at our Atlanta Headquarters with our marketing department will also take place.  This is THE position for the person who loves every aspect of the restaurant industry, being on the go and meeting different people.
