Field Consultant

This is a great entry-level opportunity available for an organized, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our exciting team! As a F/T Field Consultant in the Washington market you will be responsible to work with Subway® restaurant Franchisees to help them achieve their goals by monitoring operations and performing monthly evaluations & follow-ups. You will also increase operational standards through guidance & training, improve management skills & provide sound advice to increase profitability. Full service restaurant or QSR exp. pref’d. Subway restaurant experience preferred. . You must be able to work flexible days/hours & have a valid drivers license. Exc. verbal & written communication skills, PC skills including Word & Excel, leadership qualities & problem solving ability req’d.  BS/BA degree or 4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and industry related experience required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
