Facilities Maintenance Leader
Position Summary: Wawa Store Operations is recruiting for the position of Facilities Maintenance Leader. In this position, the selected candidate will perform the following: Principal Responsibilities Supports and follows all Wawa safety and security initiatives. Provides a pleasant shopping experience for all customers and responds to customer inquires in a timely fashion. Trains, coaches and leads a team of associates on performing facility maintenance tasks. Ensures facility maintenance related cleaning functions of the store's interior and exterior are completed properly. Performs fuel related tasks in fuel stores (i.e., inspects and maintains fuel equipment and supplies). Ensure compliance with the corporate signage program. Ensures the inspection and correction of asset management repair needs. Completes other tasks as assigned by store management. Supervision and Scope All store management associates, vendors, regulatory agents and inspectors and Wawa Call Center personnel. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal skills Customer service oriented Strong verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong technical and mechanical skills a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation 35-40 hours per week, paid hourly. Availability to work all three shifts (where applicable), weekends and holidays.
