Requirements: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:-Ensure all customer service issues are resolved in a timely manner and in alignment with company policy.-Assist in staffing, orientation and training of Store Office Associates and Customer Service Representatives.-Schedule front end associates to ensure proper store coverage. -Ensure that all store office functions are being completed accurately and in a timely manner. -Support loss prevention program.-Perform other duties and tasks as may be assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years related retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Apply Online EOE M/F/D/V Non-smoking work environment. Pre-employment background and substance abuse screening.
