NEW YORK CITY Bottom Line Consultants is a NYC based firm dedicated to a high standard of excellence in providing services in the Restaurant, Retail and Hospitality Industry.
Due to the success and growth of our client, we are seeking a Pastry Chef to contribute to their expansion.

PASTRY CHEF
Responsibilities Include:Responsible for the successful pastry production and operation of a Fine Dining restaurant.Superb supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills Previous experience in preparation and production of pastry in high volume operationsAbility to communicate on various levels to include management, departmental, customer and staffEnsure compliance of company’s quality standards Preparation, production and ordering of PastriesTrain and develop pastry cooks
Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years related experience in Fine Dining, high volume restaurant.Ability to demonstrate creative and quality driven pastry skillsGood communication skillsHS EducationCulinary DegreeA desire for challenge and a talent for building high performance teams
